Advertise in the Louisiana Renaissance Festival Program

The Louisiana Renaissance Festival is one of the most exciting events in the area. Our 6 weekend renaissance themed festival has been selected as one of the Top 100 Events in 2009 to visit by the American Bus Association and as one of the Top 20 Events for the month of November in the Southeast by the Southeast Tourism Society for two years running. Approximately 50,000 people will visit the Louisiana Renaissance Festival in 2009, each one of them needing the free program that we distribute to see when and where their favorite shows will be playing, where merchants can be found, when demonstrations will be conducted, and reading the advertisements contained therein. The Festival Program is freely distributed to all attendees thus maximizing the exposure of any ads placed in the program.

Format

The program will be Tabloid (11 ½ inches x 10 ½ inches) format and will contain the schedule of entertainment, information about merchants and exhibitors, information about sponsors, and advertisements, including a special placement option for the back cover.

Choose your size, color option, and any special placement you would like and print out and fill out the order form attached. Send your order form with check made out to “LARF” or your credit card information to:

The Deadline for ordering is Friday, October 2, 2009 or when we run out of ad space. Ads are considered on a first come, first served basis. If space is still available, any advertisements ordered after the deadline must be paid in full at the time the order is placed.

How to Submit Your Copy

All copy submitted must meet the sizing specifications listed above under “Available Sizes”. Digital versions of your ad will be accepted in .bmp, .jpg, .gif, or .tif format. They may be submitted on disc with your order or may be emailed to leighdokos@gmail.com.

Pricing

Festival Merchants receive a discount of 50% on any ad ordered, which is already reflected in the special pricing listed below:
